My First purchase on ebay: I bought one otg cable and Tempered glass from ebay. 100 rs off discount on first purchase of up to 300 rs for new users. I received the products within a week. Tempered glass which I received from Fedex courier is very fast and safe and second product Otg cable which I received from Post was not in good condition package was dented but content of the package was safe and working.
Customer service: The tempered glass which I received from the ebay not exactly like what the seller described on the website. so I contact the ebay and claimed for ebay guarantee. ebay refund my money within 6 to 8 working days.
