I had a similar experience when I wanted to buy Sony experia mini pro. I chose the phone and was assured that it will be dispatched in seven days. After that I receive a request from the seller that he needs more time as he doesn’t have the phone right now and because it was Diwali, the couriers are taking a lot of time. So I accepted the request considering that I had already paid the guy. In spite of that I received a call from the seller saying that he’s not able to lay hands on the phone as yet and was convincing me to buy some other phone! I refused and requested a refund. I received the refund in seven days and gave a bad feedback as I was disappointed.
I then received another call from the seller saying that please remove your feedback otherwise eBay will not pay us and started with all emotional drama! I didn’t remove the comment initially, but received a call again from the seller that madam its festive time eBay will not pay us around 2lacs which is our commission we won’t be able to celebrate Diwali and all load of crap! He also said that he helped me get the refund! To which I was surprised because he would have to do it anyways considering that he didn’t deliver the product AT ALL!!!
I wouldn’t recommend it for purchasing anything above 2grands!
