Every one I am from Odisha. I use to buy several e-commerce website for online shopping like amazon, flipkart, and also ebay too. Two week ago I brought external filter cartridge of Acua filter from ebay. This order contain 6 filter for Rs. 650/-. when I order the order placed very smoothly and I don’t facing any problem.
Customer Service -
When I placed the order I was ensured by the ebay that I will get the order in 6 days in my location. But it is so poor delivery that I got my order on the 13th day from the day of my order placed. When I ask the customer support team they reply me that I will get my product soon, but no one reply me the expected date of delivery. This really hesitate me for such a poor service by ebay. Who said they known for their customer service. I never expect such support from ebay. So I must say never trust the ebay support service and I am sure you will never get the order in time no matter where you live in rural or urban area.
Product Quality -
Anyway finally I got my order after 13 day of long waiting. But the tragedy never ends here. when I open the cartridge I was surprised by seen the conditions. The cartridge was totally damage and the inner material was fallen outside the cartridge. I never expect such poor quality from ebay.
Delivery Time -

Reliability -
Finally when I was unsatisfied with product quality. I decided to return it which is in ebay return policy. But when I asked the customer support they said to send back at my own cost with the courier. This is really disappoint me.
So I finally said never trust ebay and their products. Its not reliable the final judgement I said.
