As everyone know Amazon exclusively launched and selling Micromax YU Yureka Mobile at Rs 8999 through there flash sale. And no other sites/stores has the right to sell this brand in their store.
But some seller in ebay.in illegaly selling this mobile at much higher price. first those seller purchasing this mobile from amazon at Rs 8999 and then they are selling it at an average price of Rs 10-14k at ebay, for which no bill or invoice they are providing. they are giving the buyer the amazon provided invoice of Rs 8999 which is at seller’s name. So this is a completely illigal issue and sellers of ebay are making black money since no bill or invoice they are providing.
I bought one Micromax Yu Yureka Mobile from ebay at Rs 10, 900 on 22nd March 2015. Ebay Paisapay id: 38888315308 since amazon does not have delivery service in my city: Dibrugarh 786001. but when I received it I found that ebay send me a Yu Yureka mobile which is previously used. So I decided to return it back. after talking with ebay customer care I shipped it back at my own cost of Rs 337/- through fedex courier. Tracking no: 773321514674 which was delivered to seller on 11th April 2015 for which ebay said they will reimburse me the shipping cost of Rs337 through Ebay Gift Coupon. And they will refund me the cost of mobile through Demand Draft within 15 working days from approval of refund. after delivery of the product to the seller ebay approved the refund on 13th April. but till date they neither refunded me the cost of mobile neither they given me the ebay gift coupon of Rs 337 for shipping charge.
I have contacted ebay several times till now including today. but today 1st they told that D.D was already dispatched. then when I asked for the tracking number of courier they are saying that they will need more time to prepare the D.D and then they will send it to me.
Here the main point is:
Ebay does not have any right to sell the Micromax Yu Yureka Mobile since it was exclusively available at amazon.in
ebay send me a used mobile by saying its brand new.
No bill/invoice is provided by seller for the amount paid by buyer(me) which is a clear case of making black money openly using e-commerce platform.
No refund provided to me by ebay even after almost 20days. they are contiously harrasing me for my refund.
Currently where all transactions are made through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS so why Ebay will refund me the payment through Demand Draft? It will take minimum 5-7 days more to reach me after draft preparing and dispatching. So it shows that ebay wants to hold the money with them as much as they can.
I already forwarded this matter to CNBC TV18 team and now sharing with you guys. Soon I will take legal action against this fraud company if they donot refund my money+ compensation
