I ordered this combo offer of mobile back cover and tempered glass which says that it is for Redmi 2 prime in CAPS. So, I bought it rightaway via online debit card payment option( as there was no COD) but when I checked the product today it says in the description that it is for Redmi 3S prime. I dropped a question for the seller to clear this confusion yesterday and have got no response yet. The product is to be delivered by 18th-20th March and there is no option to cancel the order. This site should provide a ’cancel order’ option to save the customers from the refund and return process. I would not order anything from this site again and am still trying to cancel my order.
