EBay.in is one of the major e commerce websites in India I tried eBay when I had to buy a memory card I had to buy a Sandusky 32 GB memory card I made my payment of 299 online via card and it has been over 2 months still my product is not delivered the tracking number they provided shows that the product is delivered but it has not reached me then where is it I called their customer care they said that the amount will be refunded in 30 days it has been 60 days I dint received my money I am very disappointed I will list some pros and cons
Pros
1) cheap
2) return policy is better than Flipkart and Snapdeal
Cons
1) slowest delivery speed
2) no response from customer care
3) refund process is very slow
4) duplicate products
I leave it up to you for shopping experience on eBay my personal was very bad I won’t recommend this
