East Or West. Ebay is the worst!
I had the privilege of a worst customer service from Ebay.

I ordered a head phone for my Samsung note 2 on 14 Aug 2014
The product was delivered on 18 Aug 2014
I received a cheap plastic and I am sure it is not even a good fake.
It was not even working with the phone.
But the Seller claims it is compatible with Samsung Note 2
On the Packing it says Galaxy S4.
But the seller’s post picture shows.
Samsung Galaxy S4.
Complaint was raised on 18 Aug 2014. and some from e-bay claims to have called me on 25 Aug 2014.
Where as I have not received any calls or SMS alerts saying you have a missed call from a particular number.
Further to this they also claim to have called me on 27Aug 2014. Where in I never received any call.
I get a message on 27 Aug 2014. Saying that the complaint ticket is closed when I am on a vacation.
I got back home on 31Aug 2014. Called e-bay. and they just say they cant do nothing. as the ticket is closed.
Inspite of explaining the customer service agent. Mr Chan. He denied support.
The product is just Rs. 175/-.
But still it carries some value.
Never expected this kind of service from ebay.
I will post this in all public forums possible.
and going forward. will never shop or recommend ebay . and that’s a promise.
