About a month back, Id ordered a laptop keyboard from the Ebay.in seller laptop_junction. Unfortunately, the keyboard did not fit my laptop as my laptop was 15-inch, whereas the keyboard turned out to be smaller(14 inch). Hence, I wanted the laptop returned and I raised a claim for this:

Ebay cunningly rejected my claim citing their terms & conditions did not cover this and I should be asking the seller instead for the claim.
However, the seller Raju Sharma turns out to be an expert in delaying tactics. First he asks me to return my laptop(I did, at my own courier expense) and asked my bank a/c details. Then he keeps promising that he will transfer the refund to my account. Despite several emails and phone-calls, I havent received my refund till date.
Im awaiting a total refund of Rs. 1305
(995+310 courier charges).
Im presently feeling that Ive been duped by ebay.in and dont feel like recommending this service to any of my acquaintance in future.
