They actually returns your money in case of any issue regarding faulty product, difference than description, delayed delivery etc. And I have experienced it myself. Their Customer Support system is excellent and always helpful. Only thing is you must have to read All the descriptions/conditions carefully which seller have posted. Buyer can ask the question Directly to Seller also. Which is really a best way to clarify the doubts before making purchases.(My experience is Response time of seller is not more than 18 hours)
