Ebay claim policy is all bakwaas

I bought spin mop & mobile back cover for samsung S4  from ebay and received replica and worst quality goods filed returns but they rejected claims based on quality issues and they don’t serve returns based on quality issues. Pathetic site to purchase so kindly be aware of these frauds. I would never buy anything from e bay now onward and our government should take serious action against these kind of websites. Shopclues is also indulge in wrong practices.  There are different seller on ebay which directly ship item from their home and if u received something damgage or defective then there is no proper replacement of replace procedure.


there is one option in which you can raise claim and after that they will call you within next 5 days. they may ask you to send back this item you received on your expenses. There is no proper replacement procedure with seller. there is no option in which seller tell u that he shipped your item.


and if u can not ship the item within 3-4 days they will close your claim and seller will get his money and after that u can not reopen that claim.BUT the EBAY experience is the worst one. First the product was faulty. Secondly they DO NOT have REVERSE PICKUP. Means you have to send back the item yourself through courier.
