I find ebay customer service totally disgusting. After contacting ebays customer service I
closed my account with them.Heres what I was told " we hope that this bad experience will not stop you from dealing with the vast amount of honest dealers on E-bay ". Now notice whats being said here, obviously their reply is first of all insulting and then leading ones thinking.Ebay got so much money, made through us unsuspecting, honest people that one can deduct E-bay would have professional scriptwriters in every department.Writers that are paid, indirectly, by us and then used to shut us up, after all how can an ordinary person literally compete with professionals.This seller was a powerseller " , the rating given to sellers by E-bay. Well " powerseller " can mean that these sellers have extra power, coz they sell more and thus are more looked after, coz they give E-bay more money. I totally felt deserted by E-bay, as I was only abused by a big corporation.Their parent company Paypal is no better either, once I paid twice for an item.At the end of transaction all details appeared again and I thought maybe payment didnt go through, so I paid again and the same window came up.I then srcolled down the window and saw the notice that Ive made a payment.OK, one has to be lenient here and maybe I was just plain dumb.However this, I feel, can be avoided if E-bay used some of the money we make for them, on improving their sites.I contacted Paypal and received no reply at all, obviously theyre just to busy making money.The merchant did reimburse me, unfortunately.I really feel its time for an alternative to E-bay.
