I have purchased WH-208 3.5 mm Nokia headset from a siddivinayak collection, a seller of ebay india. The details on add showed that they sell original headset. The package was missing extra 3.5mm compatibility jack which always comes with every WH-208 package. I inquired at nokia vare for conformation. I reported this issue to seller. They did not responded.
Then I complained ebay customer care, they asked to contact seller back. Then I went on live chat and horrible their chat agents do not reply customers queries. I raised claim. I then posted a negative feedback to that order and then there seller contacted me that he will be arranging the replacement.then I asked him to send the package .no response. I then posted an email to them.I got horrible response.
They asked me to keep that tampered product with me and they will process refund.I asked them to replace the product. GUYS you can see the images. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EBAY.IN They are agents and they take no responsibility. THEY KEEP IRRITATING CUSTOMERS. It is one of the worst-est online shopping site.
