customer service is not an issue as its customer service is ok and they help you when you contact them in every possible way.
product qulaity is the issue as sometimes when you order product and when it got delivered you find a big difference as product qulaity is very poor.
delivery is on time but sometimes it takes time to deliver product.
app and website are ok but takes time to load.
