One week ago I ordered a combo or three kajal from lakme, loreal and maybelline. The combo cost only 200 rs.firstly I was shocked that can they sell all the three brands in such low price because maybelline kajal itself is of 175 and loreal is 275 then how can they?
Then I read all the product specification they said they sell 100% genuine product and the buyer should be very confident while ordering. So I ordered them. I received my after two three days.when I looked at the pack it seems like the genuine one, but when I applied it.
I was shocked it had the worst quality of kajal I have ever used. I have used all these three brands before also.
But this was a real fake. none of the three was real. they were very lightly pigmented, when I applied it on my eyes it was not even applying properly.I was very very disappointed. I felt like to throw all three in dustbin then thought of returning it. when I called the customer care.first they a lot of time to register my complaint and when I told them about my problem they said it can’t be returned coz I opened the packet.
