Ebay is the worst online shopping site and app I have ever seen in my life.
One day I ordered the asus charger on ebay.in it took 7 days time to delivery this product.I opened it and saw the charger it looked nice and I used for 3days regularly the charger doesn’t working.so I realise that it is a duplicate product.
The customer service provide by this site is not responding on time.When we do phone to customer care repeatedly and it is not connecting.so the customer service is average.
Now coming to the quality of the product is duplicate and second class products.Poor quality and it doesnot worth at that price.
Normally delivery time for any online shopping website is 3 to 5 days.In this one it takes about 7 days of time.
Ebay launches app for customer to buy products and shopping on online.
My honest suggestion for the customers is if u buy the any product on thos website it is better to see the replacement policy.Even it is duplicate product we can return easily.
