Recently about a month ago I purchased a wallet from ebay as they were giving great discount in the wallets and bags. The wallet cost me around 399/- INR. The product reached me after a long delay as it was shipped by India post. When I received the my wallet I was little bit shocked because I ordered blue colour wallet but they gave me brown colour wallet.
I complaint to customer care on call after a long wait in queue one of the staff member attended my call and he said me to ship the product as they didn’t have reverse logistics. I paid the shipping amount of return and they didn’t refunded the shipping amount to me. I got my money back in next 20 days. Not going to shop on ebay anymore.
