Worst e-commerse : worst purchase experience

I have worst experience with Ebay.com. I ordered charger for my laptop. Initialy seller approved my purchase. It is supposed to get deliver in 6 days, but on 6th day seller cancled my order with reason ’out of stock item’.


And worst thing is that they haven’t informed me about my order canclation.


When I contacted their support they haven’t replyed me for 2 days. Their support contact system is worst. It take too much time. It is too compicated process.


After canclation of my order it took 10 days to get my money back.


Their website is nice you can get lots of offer for various product range. Applicatio is also good. Load time for both website and application is good. Pictures of product are not good they are not qoulity photos.


Delivery system is worst. Order traking system is very bad. It does not worked at all.
