I had a very bad experience with this crappy place. I will never recommend anyone to go here for any tests. Please avoid and do it anywhere else.
My mom is a dementia patient and had to take a home sample test today for blood clot times.
She has been taking injections/medicine for 5 days to increase the clot time. When I did the test and went to collect the report, it had the same values as the previous test done 5 days ago.
And to my surprise, the mobile number and email Id I had given to the staff was not on their records. It had completely different values.
Staff is so negligent and they don’t care about anything. Even when I called up to say that it had the same values repeated, the reaction was indifferent. Attitude was very clear from the little interaction I had.
I would never visit this place again.
