Firstly, I could see plenty of positive reviews which are so absurd that anyone with common sense can catch it in a moment. Do not forget that they sell ORM or online reputation management solutions through adglobal360 brand (or that’s what they call it). Their ORM team themselves pose as visitors/reviewers and post all the reviews.
I’ve never seen 3 companies running from the same office. But in there office in udyog vihar phase 3, you will find 3 different (lala companies) small organizations running simultaneously on the same floor. Its weird. They have no vision or culture, its only a money making gimmick.
0 Job Security - They are known for firing people without any warning or notice or even notice period after bullying them which is highly unethical practice.
Rudimentary Infrastructure - The CRM system is rudimentary and they have a stupid open source derived solution.
One Room Office - Their noida office is a one room basement office, with zero amenities. To describe it, its similar to a warehouse.
- Salary & Benefits - They have a crook payment system of releasing the payment on 7th of every month which is pathetic as compared to the industry.
- Incentives - They will exploit you to the core. Adglobal360 has reinvented the wheel and made up its own incentive system to exploit people. They do not give incentive on deal size, but will offer you a small percentage of upfront payment made by client, irrespective of the deal tenure or size. (Eg If A crack a 10lac deal with 20, 000 advance, and B crack a 1lac deal with also 20, 000 advance, then surprisingly both A & B will get the same incentive, and will be rated equally on performance.)
Where is the money honey!- All they care about is money. There is no focus on company objectives, future, human resource, amenities, infrastructure, process, etc etc. Everything goes out of the window.
