This is my second article regarding Ebusinessware and Adglobal 360, before that I would like to thank all of you who read my article regarding the same.
I received lot of mails but I couldn’t answer so apologies for the same as I was not in India.
The problem with Ebusinessware is its management and u can imagine if the mgt is not sound what effect will it have on the employees.The HR is not good enough to be HR and there is lot of politics going on in the company.
The work Environment is pathetic and they treat you like idiots.
Now if I talk about job security in the company which is more important to all of you , it’s worse, they dump employees like scrap.Believe me, I have seen cases where they fired employees who were serving them for last 3 to 5 yrs.They don’t care a damn thing about there employees , so u can imagine how safe it is to work in the company.
It is an organization run by dickheads.
Last but not the least, they have started Adglobal 360 which is another piece of shittt.I was part of this segment and it was a nightmare.
This piece of shittt is run by Mandeep who is the owner of the company with Mr Rakesh(who is also a dickhead).They fire employees on regular basis as if its their routine culture. Now this guy Mandeep is a dickhead and the most foolish person I have ever seen on the planet.He has no idea about internet marketing and what he does is call employees in the room humiliate them and ultimately fire them.
Rakesh who is the director of the company is a person without a brain , he does what mandeep says
without applying his mind.They have fired around 300 employees in a month .
Now one piece of shitt which they use in acquiring clients is that they are the only google authorized agency.Friends actually this not the case as there are lot of companies who are google authorized lke VcustomtakeoutER.They acquire clients and after a month lose them because they r unable to deliver.
My suggestion to all of you is NEVER EVER work in either Ebusinessware or Adglobal 360 because they r run by similar group of dickheads and idiots

And please share this experience of mine with your friends and everyone who is planning to work in Ebusinessware or Adglobal 360 because what they did to me I dont want it to happen to all of you.
I am sorry I forgot to mention one thing , they called me few months back they were terrified with my first article and warned me not to right articles against them and also they have assigned the task of writing positive reviews on MouthShut_Official to certain employees, so whatever positive reviews u r reading about both of the above companies are absolutely fake.
