Stay away from eCabs service.

I had such a horrible experience with eCabs, which has caused me financial loss, anxiety & time loss.


On October 18, 2011, I booked a SUV for a drop to Mumbai Domestic airport from Pune. I made the full payment in advance and the car was supposed to pick us up at 6.00 am. Our flight was at 11.30 am.


On the previous night I had to call up their office to get the contact details of driver since they didn’t bother to call me and share the details as they mentioned in the booking confirmation email.


On October 18th, I tried calling the driver since 5.30 am without any response and thereafter I call their office to organize alternate arrangement. Till 7.00 am they couldn’t make any arrangement and I had to make alternate arrangements.


Because of ecabs unprofessional attitude and inefficiencies, I lost 20, 000 INR and couldn’t reach my destination on time.


Moreover it took me 4 weeks to get my money back from them after repeated reminders. I might have called them 15 times to get the money back.


Inspite of giving the feedback over phone, they were very casual about it. They don’t even bothered to write back to me after sending them a written complaint.


I am a very unhappy customer and would ensure that others stay away from ecabs.
