This is the worst company and is not even worth a rating of 1. If you understand economy this company rather companies like these are ripping profits thanks to the needy population of our country. Unfortunate state of affairs.
a. Poor Management - Lack of vision. Hire talent on whims of some so called Senior Management and then ask them to quit as they cannot afford them and very sweetly some senior manager will try to convince you have a performance issue. Nonsense co.
b. Poorest Infrastructure
c. Poorest Transport Service
d. Poor Facilities
e. Poor Employee orientation
f. Poor Loyalty Concepts - The more senior you are in the company by years and designations, all violations are allowed.
g. Hierarchy driven co. - People work for designations. Your work will be done depending on your designation
h. Senior Management is Severely Biased and is prejudiced
i. Senior Management is very vulnerable
j. Unfortunately if you happen to go on some serious medical leave you might find you are out of the role and might also be asked to leave when you return. So be ready for this physical and mental earthquakes of Richter scale 7 and above.
Directors only bothered about M& A and of course balance sheets.
