One of the most incompetent ecom logistics firm

Had bought an item from shopee.in vide AWB #291159878 which was attempted delivery on 16 FEB 2022. Thereafter, the last status update of 26 FEB 2022 shows out for delivery. But it is not yet received(as on 03 MARCH 2022). It is a prepaid order.


Had talked to customer care(one Ms Taruna) on 22 FEB 2022, sent emails on 23 FEB 2022 as per advise and got a response on 24 FEB 2022 that package will be delivered(when? not mentioned).


Again follow-up mails were sent on 25 FEB 2022 and 28 FEB 2022, but these remain unattended.


Very difficult to get in touch with customer care executives over phone.
