Ecom Express needs 7 working days to deliver a parcel from Bangalore to Bangalore Itself. They don’t have any standard, The courier guys don’t know to read or write. The quality of Service is not in their activities. If you call their call center(only one number in Delhi) for any delays ther will be one answer "Currently we have lot of back logs, Please wait for another 2 -4 days, Thank You"
If some needs something urgently couriered, never trust on Ecom Express, It will cheat you and make you a cheater with your client. Actually public has to take action to close this company.
