I used ecom express courier for transport my things to chennai.
I tooks more days for delivery.
And my product was damaged in this package it self. My client asked fir the damage to delivery person, but the delivery person not properly response.to my clients.
Then I contacted to ecomexpress courier.but they are encouraged.
They not attend my call.
After a long time the took a call.
But they response was blebbered.
The customer service petson also not response my queries.
I was very disappointed
Most of the time they not took my calls.
Its really hurts my feelings.
Here after I don’t choose this courier service
