EcomExpress Courier Company is the Worst and Bad Courier Company I have Experience after Delhivery Courier.
On 19th February 2018, I am Order 2 Tshirt which are come from EcomExpress and The Date of Delivery is 26th February 2018. And Today is 3rd March 2018 And Still I don’t recieve my Tshirt. I am Complain These issue in Wooplr Shopping website and Contact the EcomExpress Company but There is no Reply I got From The Courier Company.
At the end I am Contact the Wooplr And Cancel The Order. The Tshirt are so Good in Design That I am Ordered in One Call. But the Disappointing is that they deliver it with wrong Courier Company.
Below I Will post Two Pics of Both The Tracking Number of Tshirt that are come from EcomExpress, You will see that still it shows that Order is delivered on 26th February 2018. Even though They are not update there order status Timely. How Irresponsible in delivery of Items.
Still I don’t understand why the Companies are Giving Order To these Types of Bad and Worst Company for Delivery. They ahould use DTDC, India Post or any other.
Hope in Future if I order something, Then Company not delivered my product through EcomExpress courier.
