I used to purchase items online and lately, few of my orders were shipped through Ecom express(Not an express service provider). None of the orders reached on time. Most irresponsible courier company!
If you call customer service and ask for status, they will say "Apologies for the delay, flights have been delayed", and if you ask where exactly the shipment is, they done know! If you go and check on their website, they use some codes, which has no meaning at all! To deliver the item to Bangalore from Delhi, it will take 14 days minimum!
All the items shipped through this courier will reaches one or two weeks later!. They are Snapdeal’s pet courier partner and even after filing so many complaint against them, they ship through Ecom prepaid, or Ecom express! These guys are good for nothing!
