I have never seen such a courier company which try’s to fool customers so many times. Ecom is a private courier company and the kind of servicr which they provide is worst they just look on there profit and cares nothing about customers. I ordered an induction cook top from snapdeal and they said It will be shipped by Ecom Express with in 5 days.
Each and everyday I used to track my courier on Ecom’s website and everything was going on well until the fourth day. I tracked my courier it was written that my product is just 40km away so I was expecting delivary the next day. And the very next I got an sms from ecom express that today I will be getting my courier. I was waiting full day but my coirier didnt come.
And when I checked about my courier it was written Delay in shipping as per customers demand. But I didnt asked them to make delay in my shipping infact I was waiting for it this was there first lie. Then second they called me as I called snapdeal customer care regarding these matter. Ecom courier boy said my product will be delivered today but neither they come nor my product. After a 1 week once again they called and repeated the same and now its has been 8 months but my product didnt reach. So never trust in this courier company orelse you will only have wait.
