I am working as re seller since 1 year and most of my sellers are using this courier service to deliver product. I haven’t faced any kind of issues with this courier service. They will contact the customer properly and will deliver product on time. They will pick up the product on time if have returns from the customer. They will try to deliver product at least four times after that will cancel the shipment. The cancellation will be done by customer most of the time. We can track the status of shipment from their tracking link through track id. We can contact customer care easily if you face any issue and they will arrange delivery attempt again. Overall I like this courier and I can say that it is trusted courier service.
