Really really really too late all the time. Very irritating.
Whenever any parcel arrives it’s too late. For any other courier it takes half the time than Ecom to arrive at my address from the same place. Moreover sometimes the updates of tracking are not updated properly. This is really worst. Most of it’s delivery executives behave rudely if you don’t receive their phone call in first attempt. Once they disagreed to deliver my parcel because there was only one parcel for me and they were too lazy to come to my address and deliver the product. They were waiting for more product for the same pin code after that they would come. Day by day their service is getting worst. And their customer care service is also worst.
Never recommend.
