Recently I was opening an DEMAT account through them which for they alloted me an appointment time and date for the verification of the documents. Mr.sachin the executive who has to visit for verification at 4: 00pm arrived 2 hours earlier and wanted me to verify the documents according to his comfortability. Mrs.anjana who was the caller was not able to solve the issue properly and doesn’t know how to manage the appointments and talk to the customers. They are just taking everything lightly not concerned about the customers problem. They are fixing the appointment according to their convience not according to the customers. I would warn you to open an account because they are not trustworthy, they lied that the executive has to go to the home due to some emergency and then they said that the executive is busy with some another appointment he cannot visit today. They behave like they are fraud!
