A society or a company is judged by the extent of best or worst things which happen in it. It can never be judged by the opinions of few mercenaries who can be made to do anything at the instance of a corrupt boss. Nor, can it be judged by the colour of skins which exist in it. Everyone knows what the western people like ..and the corrupt department of R&D can provide IT ALL.
I have worked for the corrupt R&D department of Educomp. And I have undergone SUCH THINGS here tha I have no option but to corroborate ALL the anti- R&D reviews. Yes, the director is a woman who gives her HODs complete freedom to do anything with their employees. And my condition is such that after leaving Educomp that I had to go on vacation for a month and then I was physically ill for a month. Such has been the psychological impact on me that I am seriously thinking NEVER to work in any office again and always to work from home. When I go out in the dark for an evening walk, cold sweat breaks all over me and an unknown fear grips me.
My experiences here have been SO SHAMEFUL that all my belief in humanity and professionalism stands shattered. This was due to the behaviour of my immediate bosses and then the director herself whose moral lethargy is unbelievable.
How can R&D even imagine to make books for children with such corruption at helm!
