Teaching:
They confirmed that there is no programming background needed to enroll to this program and the sessions on Python programming will be covered during the first session. However, the level of teaching was not up to the expectations and below average.
In fact, I have raised my concerns to Edureka support team many times. However, there is no change in the way of teaching, at least on the basics.
When the doubts are raised, the instructor literally shouted at the students in the class. This is unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional.
The content taught in the sessions is more like an orientation session rather than covering the subject, which I can study myself.
Assignments:
The assignments is just a waste of time.
The validations it makes before testing and after submitting the code is contradictory. Either the test is successful or the solution submission fails or vice versa.
The platform accepted the code and provided full marks even though I directly write a hard-coded output at the desired location without the actual logic being implemented to produce the desired output. This itself says how well the assignments are being evaluated.
There is no feedback mechanism in place to review our code and provide feedback on code quality, correctness and optimization. This has been raised many a times. No response.
Support:
The support team is pathetic. I have to teach them to resolve the errors they face while they execute my working version of my code.
I was surprised to receive an aggressive call from your support team when I gave my honest feedback based on my experience with them for a ticket I have raised. This is unacceptable.
There is no proper and timely communication from them.
