Do you ever get a head cold that plugs up your nose so severely that you feel as though your head is about to burst?
Well, years and years ago my doctor recommended Boroleum Jelly to alleviate this problem.
Let me tell you about this wonder medicine. It is sold over the counter in pharmacies and costs about$3.50 US. It is a tube containing a jelly similar to vasoline jelly but OH What a Difference! You only have to put a dollop(the size of a pea) on a cotton swab and insert it as high up into your nostril as you can. Do this to both nostrils. You will be pleasantly surprised at the relief you will experience. The jelly has a menthol odor. I have even used this product when I’ve had a sinus headache and it’s given me relief.
If you haven’t tried Boroleum Jelly please do your nose and head a favor.
