There are many kinds of headaches. Some are just normal but some arent. It is normal to have a headache when you are tried after working whole day or you havent much sleep.
Forehead:
If you get headache in forehead then it means that your eyesight is week and you have to consult a doctor. If you already use eye glasses then wear it during watching TV or sitting in front of PC etc.
In different parts of the head in different timings:
If you get headache in different parts of the head and you feel that your head is full of water or something then it means that you are having a lot of stress or it might be something serious in case of if you have headache 4 times a week and 4 hours a day continuously.
Sometimes you get headache just in the right side of the head or just in the left side of the head and sometimes only in the centre. It can occur due to taking a lot of tension or maybe by your surrounding or tense environment.
When you normally get headache then it usually appears in the centre of the head, and eating or drinking too cold or hot things gives headache in the centre of head. It is also called Brain Freeze.
If you get headache in the back, up side your neck then it means that you are stressed too much, or another major reason can be your back bone(muscles) or a cause of wrong sitting position.
PREVENTS:
1 - Mostly people adopt the desi idea of having a cup of tea andSar ka dard mintoon main dur! It is wrong. Drink a lot of water instead of Tea. And drink Green tea instead of Coffee. However, some doctors also recommend tea but then it depends on your geographical location so it’s better to drink water instead tea.
2 - Go to sleep or take a nap and give your brain some rest. And your system will be recharged after an hour or two.
3 - In case of having a lot of headache continuously 4 or 5 hours in a day and 4 times a week. You must consult your doctor about it. Maybe you need brain scanning.(MIR scanning).
4 - Sometimes you get headache because of your back muscles. In this case one has to go for physiotherapy(after consulting your doc) and try to sit straight.
5 - The most important thing to do is, to try to be HAPPY. Do some social activities or hang outs because depression can be a cause of headache too.
6 - One can also take 2 panadols. But it is best to stay a way from medicines.
7 - One shouldnt eat or drink cold or hot stuff. It is very bad for health and also known as Brain freeze. When you drink cold water then it directly strikes in the centre of your head and that can give you a lot of problems lately.
8 - If your eyesight is week then do use eye glasses while reading or watching TV.
9 - In case of having normal headaches try to relax and take a shower or wash your face with normal water.(Not too cold and not too hot)
10 - You should take proper sleep. Sleeping disorders always become a major cause of headaches.

- Whenever I got headache then I turn on music with full volume then no matter buildings fall down. Because my simple theory is that when headache gives me pain then by switching to loud music gives my headache a headache andSar ka dard mintoo main dur.
