How to manage stomach pain

Stomach aches due to many reasons.every pain is not same.so if home remedies doesn’t work you must consult a gastroenterologist and do abdominal scan to know the cause of stomach ache.it’s safe to treat the disease initially.


Stomach ache due to indigestion and food poisoning:


it’s a common problem in every day life.indigestion also leads food poisoning that gives upper abdominal pain and cause fullness feeling in stomach.


Asafoetida is a very best remedy .mixing a pinch of asafoetida with a glass of water and drinking it relieves indigestion.adding it in food regularly also prevents indigestion.


Drinking Bishops weed ( omum or ajwain seed) water is a best remedy for stomach ache and can be used safely in childrens also.


Baking soda has a excellent property to remove bloating caused by indigestion.adding one tea spoon of baking soda to a glass of lemon juice or water and drinking this relieves bloating and helps to digest food.


Ginger is also best natural remedy for indigestion .a small piece of grounded ginger is mixed with grass of water or lemon juice cures indigestion and relieves stomach pain.because ginger has naturally analgesic property.Lemon is rich in vitamin c and its citrus nature kills bacteria that cause food poisoning and it also has anti inflammatory property .so it reduce stomach ache


Anise seed is good for digestion.Chewing a tablespoon of Anise seed alone or taking with sugar improves digestion.it was widely used in Kerala in daily routine to avoid indigestion.


Apple cider enhances digestion and removes stomach ache.one tablespoon of apple cider with a glass of water if u have ache because of indigestion.


SOME REMEDIES FOR ACHE DUE TO ULCER:


Aloe vera cures ulcer very effectively because it has proven skin healing properties.its also available in juices.so it’s easy to drink aloe vera daily in empty stomach to heal ulcers.can be used for menstrual pains in women.


Some useful Microorganisms called probiotics helps to heal ulcers by stimulating mucous production that coats the stomach and heals soars.curd is rich in probiotics so having curd in empty stomach heals ulcer.


Fenugreek helps to coat stomach like probiotics and heals ulcer.it’s best to have one teaspoon of fenugreek soaked in one cup of curd and having both in empty stomach gives good result.also relieves stomach ache cause by over heating of body and menstrual pain in women.


Cumin seeds boiled water can be used for both ulcer pain and indigestion.


Mint leaves have anti spasmodic properties .so drinking mint tea is gives relief.


Externally we can apply hot fomentation that relieves some pain.


Eating healthy food’s like fruits and vegetables, drinking adequate water helps to prevent constipation related problems to avoid stomach ache.
