I have been a long term user of Eicher City Map. Being a professional, it is more like a lifeline to me. Whenever I have to go to a new meeting, a party, a joy ride or a dinner, Eicher city map is there for me.
I have driven 3 cars, the first one my fathers, yet for reference, the same old map has always been there for me. Even now, spending 2 minutes on map before driving is better than installing any navigation service-of course those have emergency advantages.
A couple of times post service, I forgot to keep the map in the car-it was a nightmare hunting streets and asking people about difficult sounding destination e.g. Carlton estate as mostly people misinterpreted it as garden estate and guided us to a wrong destination:-)
Time has passed by and people are more busy than helping each one out in routing-thats why Eicher city map has been a handy reference for all those who dont want to delay routes.
The only point is that this is about 10 years old now and 2 of the main city reference pages have eroded and of course the newer developments cant be marked. I am planning to buy a newly updated and if possible, little compact small size version.
All I have to say for NCR. A drive isnt worth a journey without an Eicher City Map and a car without ECM is obsolete:-)
