I was using ekart service for my business through Pickrr. It was going good for some time. But I had to stop using service with no second thought. Reason being one of my customer used wrong phone numbers (9 digits) while placing the order. That is where real fun started. I have written almost 15 emails to Pickrr but they couldn’t do anything and tried my self calling ekart customer care and it gets hung up saying no order with my phone number. Even customer called and the update is same because his number is not in the list. Delivery boy went to deliver the package first time and returned saying phone number is not correct and the package returned to seller. The point is entire backed system collapsed to support to help and the package delivered. As a process they should make 3 attempts to deliver the package but they tried only once and rest 2 attempts lied and returned the package. You might get tempted for less price but real pain starts when the problem comes . If you are okay to loose the package you are happy to use.
