An order of three Kutis was placed by us to Ekart Logistics. Kurtis received were defective ones and already used. Instead of three Kurtis, only two of them were received amounting to Rs.399/-. We therefore requested Ekart Logistics for our refund and get back their parcel sent to us. No positive action has resulted since past 45 days despite several reminders on phone and emails. We have decided to go to the police department against the unfair act from Ekart Logistics.
