Without resorting to any bias I would like to share my true experience with you. Frankly speaking my experience with Ekart Logistics has not been admirable. The Delivery Boys here are rough and they make it seem as if Ekart is not at all worried about its customers and whether they like it’s service or not. They completely ignore the faCt that the parcel might urgently be needed. The last time I interacted with Ekart was when I had bought my phone. My phone reached the Ekart office in my city and the Status changed to’Out for delivery’
But they did not make any delivery attempt despite the fact thaat I was at home all this time.They simple returned the phone to the seller and this was very upsetting for me.cause I urgently needed the phone.
Basically that is all I want to say. Ekart personnel need to treat the customers well to maintain their name amd popularity.
