This is the worst courier service I have ever come across.The courier agents at my area often ask me to collect the items from their warehouse despite my post code is under home delivery area.They send the item back on third day and give the sender the feedback that unable to contact recipient.
I raised my concerns more than four times through flipkart and they always promise that this will not happen in the future. But the same incidents happen over and over again.
In nutshell, they do not have a system to monitor or handle their manpower and delivery agents.
