Didn't expect such kind of inconvenience.

I have been using Flipkart for 2 years. I usually use Flipkart for buying electronic and valuables products which get delivered in 2 or 3 days. But once I had a problem regarding my wireless mouse. So I ordered an HP 1000 Wired Optical Mouse for a special price of 329rs+ 40rs of delivery charges which equal to 369rs. I ordered the item on 17th October 2020 and the estimated delivery date was 23rd October 2020. The item was delivered by its own courier service called Ekart Logistics. At first, I was shocked that the item was delivered so late but I preferred to stay patient and let the item be delivered. After a few days, I saw the order map which said that it was packed and shipped to Ekart’s nearest hub on 22nd October 2020. I thought that the delivery will be out soon. The next day a message was sent to me which said that ‘Shipment Delay: the delivery of HP 1000 Wired Optical Mouse with tracking ID- FMPC0923903276 from Flipkart.com has been delayed. We will deliver within three days’. I was frustrated and angry cause I needed the item as soon as possible. I also sent feedback emails to Flipkart and Ekart. I was frustrated so also thought to cancel my order but I still remained patient. After a few days, there was a festival in Dusshera and I wanted to spend my holiday with my family So I planned my holiday to go somewhere. I had planned something for my family to go to a restaurant and spend my time but I received a message from Ekart that “Out for Delivery: HP 1000 Wired Optical….with tracking ID FMPC0923903276” from flipkart.com will be delivered 10:30 PM – 02:30 AM today by an Ekart Wish Master.” So I thought the product will be delivered soon but when the product didn’t arrive by 7 pm I was very angry and called the delivery guy and asked at what time the item will be delivered till 9 pm. I waited and the delivery guy came at 11 pm and gave an excuse that “cause of Dusshera, the delivery was late”. Our Family planning was canceled cause of the late courier service. The courier service should also care for customers and respect their time. I used Flipkart several times but never experienced such kind of inconvenience from such a renowned site. Every E-commerce website should first respect the time of the customer after all customer is the king. Hope this review helps you. It’s my personal opinion it may differ from yours.
