Eklavya: The Royal Guard

IT;s NOT MY VIEW ASK Mr. HERMIT HE WILL KNOW ALL REVIWERS AND HE CAN TELL WHOSE TAKE IT ISI expected a lot fom this flick bcz it was vidhu.v.chopra’s movie and all my favouraite actors are there. I think there is no doubt tat vidhu is master of his craft but he just forgets there is something which should make the audience to hold,  the pace . Almost all of his previous leaving parinda were dead slow. I can’t understand why he choose this story. The main drawback is the screenplay .

The story revolves around Eklavya played by big B, there is nothing new or I mean he has done all this before , something challenging should be there when such  a director and actor works together. Saifs character is something like u feel it is picked from being cyrus and placed in eklavya. After a LONG  gap Jackie shroff appears on big screen and certainly makes a impact but again he got max 10 min in whole movie.Surprise and somehow a comic angle is brought bySanjay dutt, and he is perfect.

Boman , Jimmy all are good actors but their characters are so badly writen , one feels sorry for them. Its a dark movie , which shows wat goes behind the big walls of palace. After first half there is a surprise but again the story gets away and u starts to feel when it will be over. Mr. chopra should make movie keeping audience in mind if he just wants to prove that he can take out best from bad screenplays than carry on, bcz u r rolling on and on munnabhai.
