The product installation required quite a few follow ups post the purchase. A year after use, had to call the Electrolux customer care at 3940 4040(at Chennai). After a struggle, got a ticket reference. When the issue was unresolved after a week, tried calling Electrolux customer care, who simply disconnected the calls. There is no email or company contact information published on the Electrolux website. Electrolux customer care email id on the website does not work. Avoid buying this product, as there will be service requirement at some point or the other. Electrolux customer care is non existent
