Unfortunately I am a customtakeouter of Electrolux refridgerator and AC. Both of my product start showing cooling problem just after their warranty period. I called up their service center for help, and guess what, the real problem begun only after that.
The incapable morons at their customtakeouter care(Huh as if they care) and service center did everything possible to make my life miserable. I registered a new complaint on Mar. 31, 2011: PBSR 3103110080 for refridgerator and 3103110081 for AC. ITS A MONTH NOW AND THERE IS NO ACTION FROM THAT #$%^# Electrolux.
The only thing the morons @ their contact center say when a customtakeouter call for a complaint is: "We apologize/We are sorry/We are assuring you to call back/ We understand your problem/We will inform the service center" blah blah. They have some templates infront of their desk which they read out when a customtakeouter call them.
If you are reading reviews to buy a any Electrolux product, then dont dare to do that. Else youll have the same fate. I wish this site has an option to rate them Super Negative.
