Another cheater in market, beware

On date 29.04.2013 I bought electrolux microwave C28K251.BB | 28L. From Next Store because it had a warranty of 3 years.


Just after 15 days it started giving me trouble. I reported this to customer care Mr Vivek Namboodiry and Mr. Shaikh Saif with a copy of bill on 6th may 2013 the  response I received was this "your (correct) complaint ID is EIND0605130034 and I would like to inform you that our engineer will visit within 48 working hours."


It’s been more than a week no one has attended the microwave. then I personally acquired the number of Electrolux Technician Mr Ashok cell no.9755733799 and local Electrolux costumer care  no. 7554273081. no one visited yet. Both Mr Vivek and Mr Saif stopped responding to my mails. Finally, I called a local microwave guy and he fixed it.


if this is the value of Electrolux for its customers, and this service they are providing to there customers after 15 days of buying when warranty is for 3 years. What can I expect. Feel cheated. Won’t buy electrolux again. Won’t suggest it to any one. Seems another cheater is in Indian market, beware.....

New Development .... as soon as I posted the matter on Mouthshut I got a response from Mr Rupak Ingle, Branch Service stating that " The call was promptly attended". I have asked few questions and as usual still waiting for response from him ... let the house see my mail...


Glad to see a response from electrolux. Mouthshut website does work...Mr Rupak Please don, t mind but I think you should read the case a little more.


Q.1 About your Service Engineer Mr. Ashok’s visit on 09th May’13 as you have mentioned. if you read the mail of mine 9th may it states that "AFTER REPEATED CALLING" and "AGREED TO VISIT". After waiting for the whole day he didnt show up, so I wrote a mail next day i.e 10th may informing you the same.


Q.2 If He and you say that he has visited my place than I am sure he must be having the complaint letter  complaint ID is EIND0605130034 signed by me. I would like to see that.


Q.3 About ASM Mr. Arvind Pandey (Mobile No 7869660313). first of all he didn’t call me I figured out his no. and called him for help. he said that he was on that day in Sagar and would like to peep into the matter when he will be back home. I am sure he must be having his itinerary which can be produced. He also mentioned that he ran out of the glass plate which I needed. when it will be available?


Q.4 Why Mr Vivek stopped responding to my mails when I have been constantly reporting him that the call has not yet been attended after his assurance that microwave will be attended in 48 hrs. and suddenly I got a response as soon as I posted the matter on forums? it simply indicates that company takes the customer’s complaints very lightly.


Q.5 on 10 may I have mentioned "Its not about I can buy a new glass plate or not because if I bought a microwave of 10, 000/- I can pay for a glass plate as well." so why you are telling me  all about glass plate today. Mr Vivek could have told to me same day  and ultimately for your kind information I bought it from open market, which spoiled your reputation.


Mr Rupak, it’s not between you and me. I see you as Electrolux face.....my  suggestion is accept it that it’s a service laps on company’s part and I am a mishandled customer.
