After having read the other reviews on this site I hardly have
much to say.
I have a Electrolux Aqua Power. Though the machine made a
lot of noice it worked for the first 3 years. And as the warrenty
expires, it goes. Ring up the service center, ’’Sir the PCB is bad.’’
Spend a thousand bugs. Ask for AMC. ’’No sir we do not provide
AMC.’’ Two HOURS later, the problem is back. Call up again... ’’Sir
the timer is bad’’ Spend another 3K. 3 months later... Again goes
off... Again the service center, ’’This time it is the bearing.’’ You
need to spend another 3K. I asked him not to repair it and still he
charged me 300 bugs for not repairing it. Created a scene and left
the machine open..
It appears that Electrolux has no concern for its reputation. I still
believe that part of the damages to my machine were deliberate
to extort money. Electrolux has goons instead of techinicians.
The most horrible product quality.
My only recomendation to all is to forward the articles on this
site to all you know so that nobody buys any electrolux product.
