I bought an Electrolux refrigerator from Next enterprises, Model town in November last year. I went to out of country after that and didn;t got a chance to use the same. When I started using it 2 weeks back, I found it strange that the cooling of the refrigerator was not proper. I didn’t got the ice even after days of wait. When I complained to the dealer, he sent an executive from Electrolux to fill the gas. I didn’t allowed him to do the same in absense of relevent reason and I want a written explanation for the same.
According to the dealer, the same can be repleced by the intervention of company.
I was surprised knowing the rules and the way company handles the complaint in warrenty period. I donno what gonna happen after warrenty period.
I would serious not recommend anyone to purchase the same.
In these hot summers I am going without ice at my home.
