I bought a Washy Talky in July’05 here at Gangtok (from M G Road Dealer). In the first week itself it broke down. The mechanic came down & told me that its’ PCB is faulty & will have to be replaced, which will take around three working days.
But even after a week there was no response, leave apart replacement.
That day started my workout of never-ending followups. Since then I have been running tooth & nail, calling their Service Centers at Gangtok, Siliguri, Kolkata e.g. 9434351388, 09831420735. But their PCB always remains ’’in transit’’.
I even told them my business materials take just two days to reach me from kolkata or Delhi, how come they can’t deliver it in one month. For which they make very lame excuses. Now it is more than a month even.
This month in August these guys have even stopped attending to my calls, so in order to talk to them I had to call them up from different numbers. But their PCB/Person always remains ’’in transit’’ to Gangtok (my place).
Now I am even tired of following them up & planning to go to Consumer Court now.
