I bought this product in October 2009 & till now, I am 100% satisfied with the performance. Our place is double storey. Downstairs with tiles and upstairs with carpet. Carrying the vacuum cleaner is a bit of work, then again I haven’t used any other powerful vacuum cleaner to compare with. I always use it with suction power settings to auto. I find it works best in that settings. It has got few flaws as "Winding cord toward end does not work always" & "Hair and threads gets stuck in the rotating brush which requires cleaning about once in two months" and I think literally those are the only cons.
It cleans perfectly both carpet and tiles when turbo head is clean. If I find it’s not cleaning properly, that means its the time for cleaning the turbo head.
